Short Itinerary

• Day 01: Arrival in Srinagar.
• Day 02: Srinagar – Gulmarg (Drive: 60 km / 2-3 Hours).
• Day 03: Gulmarg - Sonamarg (Drive 128 km / 3 Hours).
• Day 04: Sonamarg – Srinagar (Drive: 65 km / 2-3 Hours).

Long Itinerary:
Day Schedule: On the start of this exciting tour, we will meet our clients either on Srinagar International Airport or at Tourist Reception Centre.On your arrival in the capital city, you will be cordially greeted and treated by your representatives, and driven to a hotel or a houseboat (As per your preference). Post checking in the hotel/houseboat, get some rest and be prepared to explore the impressiveness of the summer capital Srinagar.
Activities we prefer:

• Walking around the Boulevard Road, and enjoy the scenic beauty of Dal Lake.
• Relish the enchanting beauty of Dal Lake and the Zabarwan Mountain Range.
• Shikara Rides are not to be missed. For extra fun and excitement on waters of Dal Lake.
• Drive to the ancient shrine of Shankaracharya Temple at a height of 1100 ft. on the hill of Takht-e-Suleiman overlooking the beautiful town of Srinagar.
• The world over famous Mughal Gardens offering a magnificent overlooking view of the Dal Lake.
• Rocking in the hilly slopes of Zabarwan, Asia’s largest Tulip Garden.

Day Schedule: The second day is reserved for Sonamarg. We startin the morning, have breakfast and drive the distance. The drive itself is quiet scenic and various beautiful spots can be witnessed on the way, enchanted with snow-covered peaks and evergreen pine forests.
Sonamarg, is also known as the ‘Meadow of Gold’, is located 9,000 ft. above the sea level and is around 100 km from Srinagar. Several fresh water streams, colorful meadows, amazing mountains and peaks, this place beholds the viewer’s attentions. After arrival in this gorgeous place one can hire a pony or trek the Thajwas glacier. Witness the fun of river rafting or take enthralling landscape photographs as one prefers. At the end of the day, drive back to Srinagar for your dinner and overnight stay.
[The base camp for our Great Lakes Trek also starts from Sonamarg and the duration for which is 07 -14 days. This trek is one of the biggest high altitude trekking adventure one can undertake either as an individual or as a group]
Day Schedule: Embarking the onward journeyis the next sop of Gulmarg or ‘The Meadow of Flowers’. After today’s breakfast, our clients will be driven through the winding terrains and zigzag roads till we reach Asia’s famous hill station. Along the road one can witness the true country side of Kashmir, open fields, rivers, markets, alpine tree forests and the Pir Panjal mountain range.
At an altitude of 2600 m (8530 ft.) is the ‘skiing capital’ of the country, popularly referred to as Gulmarg. This hill station is the epitome of natural beauty nestled in the lap of Mount Affarwat at 4,200 m(13,780 ft.) and surrounded by thick alpine forests on all sides. With your arrival, check in into a hotel and after relaxing for a while, take a look at this amazing place. Lots of activities, various trekking routes, Gondola ride and chair-car rides are mere some of the very few outdoor activities native of this place.At the end of the day, you will be driven back to Srinagar, where you will have your dinner and spend overnight.

Day Schedule: After breakfast, check out from the Gulmarg hotel and take a drive to Srinagar. We tend to leave early due to high traffic intensity at times. As per your departure schedule you will be dropped either at the Srinagar Airport or Srinagar Railway Station or at the Tourist Reception Centre as per your wish.
